OVER the past few months, we have read of various problems people are having with their local doctors' practices.
I have been a patient of the Albany House Surgery Practice since the inception of the National Health Service in 1948.
Over the years, we tend to take things for granted. As an octogenarian who has had a few problems of late and has had far more of the doctor's time than he could reasonably expect, I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at my practice for the kindness and understanding shown to me.
R D HANSON, Worcester.
