DAVE Sims has been named as the National Divisions skipper for their clash with South Africa 'A' at Sixways tomorrow night.

Worcester Rugby Club's player of last season is in the side to face the Springboks along with centre Duncan Roke in the showpiece event (8pm).

Sims was captain for the divisional team's recent match with Australia 'A' at Leicester, while Roke was also involved in that game.

Tickets are still available for the match, but club officials say 3,500 have already been snapped up as interest grows.

Sims and Roke's involvement will not, in contrast to the Australian match, rule them out of contention for Saturday's Senior Cup showdown with Rotherham at Sixways.

With coach John Brain sweating on the result of an X-Ray of Martin Morgan's hand after injury at Bedford, Sims could be in line for a rare start.
