RAMPANT Kidderminster Harriers Reserves romped to a 4-0 Avon Insurance League Division Two victory at Rochdale on Wednesday afternoon.
The second string are mirroring recent improved displays from the first team and have chalked up some excellent victories this season.
Against strong Rochdale opposition, makeshift centre-back Tony Bird scored the first on 20 minutes from the penalty spot after a foul on Andy Ducros.
Sam Shilton made it two later in the first half when he bravely headed home a cross at the far post.
Substitute Peter Faulds fired home Ducros' header midway through the second half.
And the impressive Ducros beat the keeper in the final minutes to complete the victory.
Harriers included trialists Michael Keegan, a former England youth international midfielder from Swansea, and Coventry 19-year-old defender Tom Cudworth.
Harriers: Murphy; Medou-Otye (Faulds 46), Bird, Cudsworth, Joy; Keegan, Davies, Doyle, Shilton; Ducros (Webb 85), Corbett (Reeves 70).
