CYCLIST Ollie Braithwaite took three awards at the recent dinner and prize presentation, held by Redditch Road and Path Club.
He won trophies for Club events points, the fastest 25-mile and the best improved novice.
The Club Service award was presented to Dave Brearley, for his performance in the World Triathlon Championships and he also took the award for club events handicap.
Other trophy winners were Wynn Gough for ladies Audax; Brian Gough, mens Audax; Brian Hill, best handicap in open 10 mile; Maureen Langston, ladies points (club events); and Lauren Carbutt, juvenile track.
Special mention was made of Kirsty Earp for her performances in juvenile track events.
The Sunday morning social ride continues to leave the Star & Garter pub at Crabbs Cross at 9am.
The aim is to return for 1pm for those with family lunch commitments.
