NO, no, no, no! Poor old Jamie Shaw has got it wrong again (Shuttle/Times and News Letters, November 15).
I have not postponed a meeting of a working group on town centre redevelopment from December 10 to January 14.
In fact the next Kidder-minster Town Centre redevelopment update was due to go to committee on November 21.
Jamie attacks my husband, council leader Mike Oborski, for nominating me as a scrutiny committee chairman, while forgetting that my idiot husband has done far worse than that.
One of the other two scrutiny chairmen nominated by my husband is - Jamie Shaw.
While I have not cancelled meetings of my committee, Jamie - who apparently takes a far more cavalier and "don't bother" attitude towards council business - has cancelled meetings of his committee.
I did not say that councillors have "no role to play" over the remaining town centre decisions.
I did say that we have very little role to play because most of the power was shamefully signed away by the previous Labour administration, led of course by - guess who? - Councillor Jamie Shaw.
