THE curtain will be going up once again at Bishampton Village Hall when the Barnstormers present Sinbad the Sailor.
The cast is putting the finishing touches to the show which is being performed from November 29 to December 1, plus a Saturday matinee performance.
All the usual ingredients for a fun night out will be present, when princess Pearl is kidnapped by Sinistro, a wicked sorcerer who takes her to the Shrine of Love on the island of Nirvana. The Caliph declares he will give half his kingdom to whoever rescues her and the adventure commences with Sinbad at the helm.
Barnstormer Sue Griffith said: "In the tradition of pantomime good overcomes evil and everything turns out beautifully in the end." Performances start at 7.30pm and 2.30pm on Saturday. Tickets, (£5 and £3) from Bishampton Stores or Sue Griffith on 01386 462306.
