MOTHERS and Mistresses is the latest production to be performed at the Bulls Head Inn in Inkberrow.
Mouthpiece Theatre Company is presenting a programme of three short plays by Helen Kelly exploring love, sex, innocence and death.
One of the plays, Kept Woman, was a prize winner in Radio 4's First Bite competition.
In Kept Woman, Mary finds herself unchaperoned on the threshold of womanhood.
In Pru, Pru and Bill have been lovers for 15 years but at 65 Pru is finally beginning to wonder about "the other woman."
In Blackberries Eleanor's life is ebbing but she still won't relinquish her grip on her children.
Audiences may be left pondering the question: "How will Peter and Shirley cope when she's gone?"
Co-director of Mouthpiece, Karin Heslop said: "The experience of live theatre in a historic local pub has proved to be a sell-out success.
"All four performances of our first production of Strictly Missionary were sold out with the audiences keen to come back for more."
Performances take place from November 28 to December 1.
Tickets at £7 each can be bought from the box office inside the Bulls head or by telephoning 01386 792233.
