MES Pinvin and District League
SWAN maintained their unbe-aten record in the Harwood Cup when easily defeating Old Oak 8-1.
In the other Group B game, Pershore WMC overcame The Bell 6-3 with Karen Carpenter the sole singles winner for the losers.
Chequers narrowly made it three wins out three at the expense of Masons to move to the top of Group A.
It was back to league action last Monday when Swan and Mas-ons were involved in a thriller.
The three singles matches all went to 2-1 in legs with the Wadborough side eventually winning 5-4 through Mal Coll-ins.
