A Malvern childcare group will be formally wound up at a meeting early next month.
Langland Kids' Club, which met at St Mary's Church Hall in Sherrards Green, closed in August when it ran out of money and failed to attract enough volunteers to help run it.
The club's committee will now hold an extraordinary general meeting in the Jubilee Room at St Mary's Church on Tuesday, December 4, at 7.30pm, to confirm its final demise.
The main items on the agenda will be the acceptance of the final accounts and the formal closure.
Anyone who interested is welcome to attend.
The club offered term-time after-school care and school holiday activities.
Among other factors that influenced its closure, with the loss of three club leader jobs, were the departure of the committee chairman at the end of 2000 and a requirement to produce a completely new business plan in order to continue.
