STOURPORT Swifts kick-off their pre-season friendly programme tonight when they entertain Hereford United at Walshes Meadow, kick-off 7.45pm.
The Nationwide Conference club, who agreed to the fixture as part of the deal that took Kerry Giddings to Edgar Street last term, will be bringing a large squad, including four triallists.
They are Leon Jackson (Bilston), Jamie Mills (Swindon), Sean Berry (Sheffield United) and Nick Plotnek (North Birmingham College).
United boss Graham Turner also includes new signing Scott Voice, the 26-year-old striker who hit 46 goals for Bilston Town in the Dr Martens Western Division last term.
Other new faces are Scott Goodwin from Hednesford and Mark Williams from Rotherham.
Swifts, who are eagerly awaiting their first Dr Martens campaign, will be fielding former Wycombe, Telford and Kidderminster striker Tim Langford for his debut.
Manager Rod Brown is also expected to give a run to new signings Asa Charlton from Rushall and Adam Nicholls, who has rejoined the town side from Redditch.
Chairman Chris Reynolds said: "The lads have been training for some weeks and are raring to go. The squad is looking good and we are quietly confident we can do well in the league next season despite a big step-up."
Swifts entertain Harriers on Monday and are at home again to Boldmere next Thursday.
