DROITWICH youngsters took a step back in time when they dressed up in Victorian clothes for a day at Hartlebury Museum.
Nineteen pupils from Whitford Hall and Dodderhill School, in Crutch Lane, got a real taste of how things were for Victorian children when they were taught by an old school ma'am for the day.
The visit, last Tuesday, November 27, was part of the ten and 11-year-olds' Victorian studies at the school.
The school's history teacher, Ruth Perry, said: "The children went to the museum to relive the experiences of Victorian children in the classroom.
"They unanimously decided that they are thankful they were born in 1990 rather than 1890."
