TALENTED town thespians can take the opportunity to tread the boards at an open audition in Droitwich Spa later this month.
Auditions for Love Begins at Fifty are being held at the Norbury Theatre, in Friar Street, on Thursday December 13.
The farcical play, written by Raymond Hopkins, tells the story of Clive, a middle-aged man trapped in a loveless marriage, who in the pursuit of a little excitement replies to three prospective partners in a lonely hearts column, with hilarious consequences.
There are nine parts up for grabs and the play is to be performed in late April.
Director of the theatre Margaret Burton said: "All the characters are extremely good parts and this should be a fun production."
Copies of the play are available from the theatre box office, but a deposit of £3 is required.
For more information, contact Margaret on (01905) 796205.
