ON July 17 this year, the National Federation of Bus Users (NFBU) manned a bus in Angel Place so that anyone who wanted to put in a written complaint could do so.
Only 93 people did so. There was a follow-up meeting at the Fownes Hotel on Wednesday, November 14 and only 23 turned up to put further questions to the representatives from Midland Red and Worcester City Council.
If you have a complaint about the bus service in your area you should write to Austin Birks, Heron Lodge, Worcester WR5 2EU.
The small numbers of us who were involved will not make very much difference to the services that were complained about, so come on - don't moan to each other in the bus queues, put it down on paper.
J PENDLE,
Lower Wick, Worcester.
