A woman had her handbag stolen from the porch of her Hollywood home at about 6pm on Friday.
It happened in Lynbrook Close and police are urging people not to leave valuables or gifts in view.
Credit cards, £40 cash and a mobile phone were stolen. Witnesses can call 584888.
