PEOPLE who would like a group of talented carol singers to perform on their doorstep in the lead-up to Christmas are being offered the chance.
St Luke's Carol Party, consisting mainly of members of the church choir, has been entertaining people since 1947.
The choir originally raised money for an old folks' party but for the last 16 years has donated more than £4,000 to the Save The Children Christmas Appeal.
Anyone living in and around Headless Cross who would like to have a visit from the choir can call David Chatterly on 542389.
