Forge Mill Museum and Bordesley Abbey Visitor Centre have proved their commitment to customer service after a 'mystery shopper' survey.
The museum scored a mark of 76 per cent in a national league, only three per cent below the top mark.
Redditch Council commissioned the survey, which also reported on the Palace Theatre and some sports centres.
Anonymous visitors assessed the attractions against a range of national criteria before giving their mark.
