Pershore Operatic and Dramatic Society (PODS) will be singing the praises of their fund-raising efforts in their latest concert.
After a summer of fund-raising, topped up by a bank loan, the society has now raised more than £5,000 of the £10,000 which is needed to provide a Green Room at the planned Pershore Theatre Arts Centre.
Secretary David Hemming said: "We are as grateful as ever to our supporters and can now look forward to the day that we can provide entertainment in a purpose-built arts centre in Pershore."
The popular Pershore society has brought back its wassail for Christmas this year, which will be held at St Andrew's Parish Centre at 5 and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday, and again at 8pm on Monday.
The programme will be repeated at Little Comberton Church at 7.30pm on December 12.
Tickets are available from Blue in Broad Street, Pershore, and Maxine's Bookshop, High Street, Pershore, or by calling 01386 750293.
