A KIDDERMINSTER woman vanished for over a year after being put on probation last year, Worcester Crown Court heard.
Tina Worrall was supposed to report to a drug rehabilitation centre in Sheffield but did not even collect her travel documents, said Jason Aris, prosecuting.
A warrant was issued but she was not arrested until August this year.
Worrall, 30, of Jubilee Drive, was jailed for nine months after admitting a breach of a community rehabilitation order.
The initial sentence was imposed on April 7 last year when she admitted stealing small items from the Habberley Service Station in Kidderminster, Woolworths in Worcester and Homebase in Kidderminster. She also admitted using threatening behaviour.
David Watson, defending, said there had been a great transformation in her life.
She had rebuilt the relationship with her daughter with the help of a new partner.
She had broken the drugs culture which had been responsible for persistent offending.
