A MOTHER who drove from her home at Cleobury Mortimer to Kidderminster police station to complain about her son's arrest was breath tested and arrested when she got there.
In court at Kidderminster this week, Dulcia Exhall, 47, of Ronhill Lane, Cleobury Mortimer, was banned for a year and fined £120, with £55 costs.
She admitted failing to answer her bail and driving with a breath alcohol reading of 59, against the limit of 35.
Her disabled son had been arrested at 2pm on a day in September, said her solicitor, John Rogers.
She thought he had not been treated sympathetically and told the officers so.
They replied that if she had a complaint she must register it at the police station and she drove into Kidderminster.
She had believed she was fit to drive, Mr Rogers told the magistrates.
