THREE decades of hits will be recreated by "the most authentic tribute ever" to a legendary band of brothers in Bewdley next week.

The Bootleg Bee Gees, who are signed to Kidderminster's trailblazing Upfront Entertainments Agency, will be performing at the Ramada Hotel for two nights from Wednesday.

They were runners-up in the tribute band of the year category at a tribute and lookalikes awards night, organised by Upfront boss Brian Davies, in October - and also came out joint second in best overall performance out of 41 acts on the night.

Their 90-minute set starts in 1967 with Massachusetts and takes fans through three decades of hits including of How Deep Is Your Love, Emotions, Stayin' Alive, Tragedy and Night Fever.

A spokesman for the London-based group said: "The music of the Bee Gees is uncannily reproduced with this brilliant interpretation as hit after hit is performed with perfection in this sensational, fast-moving production.

"You can sit back, sing along or dance but above all enjoy the music."

The Bee Gee's heyday was in the 70s with the release of John Travolta classic Saturday Night Fever, and their hits have since been covered by modern favourites including the likes of Take That and Steps.
