REDS stopper Paul West is ready to battle for a recall after his second week of full training.
The former Wigan and Bradford defender has endured a 10 week injury hell after injuries to his knee and ankle in the FA up replay against Gresley.
But he was on the bench, if still unfit, against Solihull on Tuesday and says he is ready for a place in the squad at Clevedon tomorrow.
"It's up to the boss whether I will figure tomorrow but I would be delighted with a place on the bench and ready to be involved," said West, signed by former manager Nicky Cross from Evesham.
"On Tuesday we were short of bodies and I would have been ready to go on and jog around if someone had to come off injured.
"I had not kicked a ball in anger before the match but had a good session on Thursday and I'm ready to be involved."
