OUT-of-favour striker Stewart Hadley is bidding to put himself in the shop window with a one-month loan deal at county neighbours Worcester City.
The 26-year-old former Derby County reserve and Mansfield Town front-man will help City through a bad injury crisis.
Hadley has only started five games for Harriers this season, the last being at Rochdale in early September, and he has fallen way down the pecking order.
He was joint top scorer last season with nine goals and scored 12 in the Conference-winning campaign of 1999/2000.
Saturday's home game with Newport County in the Dr Martens League Premier Division will mark Hadley's debut.
Worcester boss John Barton, the former Harriers right-back, said: "I had Stewart on loan at Nuneaton Borough when he was a young pro at Derby County but he's obviously a more experienced player now.
"He's short of games and we're aware of that but we are also short of players and he'll start tomorrow."
Meanwhile, Harriers will play Redditch United or Solihull Borough at home in the Worcestershire Senior Cup semi-finals.
The two Dr Martens League Western Division sides meet on Tuesday after drawing 3-3 in their first encounter.
Harriers, who beat neighbours Stourport Swifts 5-1 on Wednesday in the quarter-final, must play the tie by March 7, 2002.
Halesowen Town face Moor Green in the other last-four clash.
Harriers U-18s will aim to build on their best FA Youth Cup run when they entertain Grimsby Town in the fourth round on a date to be arranged.
