AN Alcester man wants to immortalise aspects of life in the town on one side of a newly renovated building.
Artist Bill Bailey believes there should be a colourful mural on the side of Globe House, formerly the magistrates' building.
Currently there is a blank yellow wall facing the road which Mr Bailey thinks would be ideal for the artistic creation.
He believes this could be a way of uniting the whole community, by letting every resident make one brush-stroke on the mural.
And he has already come up with ideas for what image could grace the side of the building, including famous people of Alcester, Mop night, the Court Leet in ceremonial dress or Alcester town council in session.
Mr Bailey can be contacted at 1 Henley Street, Alcester or by calling 01789 762841.
