ENTERPRISING businesses that follow good practices could be up for an award and help disadvantaged children at the same time.
The Variety Club in the Midlands is holding its annual Business Awards, and organisers are promising they will be even bigger and better than before.
Companies in Worcestershire and Herefordshire can enter in one of four categories for the awards, which will be presented during a dinner at Birmingham's International Convention Centre on Thursday, February 21.
Guests purchasing a £100 ticket for the awards evening will be entered into a draw for a £20,000 two litre Club SE Rover 75 Tourer, donated by MG Rover.
"That's better odds than winning just £10 on the Lottery." said a Variety Club spokesman.
Proceeds from the evening will go towards helping disabled and disadvantaged children in the Midlands.
Award categories include Business Leader of the Year, The Small Business of the Year and the Business Innovation of the Year prize.
Phone David Shaw on 01543 418855 for an entry form. Entries close on Friday December 14.
