TWELVE members of this season's North Midlands 18-Group School squad have been invited to take part in the Midlands trial at Loughborough Grammar School tomorrow.
All were involved in a successful county campaign in which North Midlands were denied a clean sweep of victories only by a 13-10 defeat by Leicestershire in their final match at Worcester last Monday.
Those selected for the trial are centre Frazer Pimlow (RGS Worcester), fly-half Ross Laidlaw (King's Worcester), loosehead prop Chris Levett (Bishop Challonerr, Birmingham), number eight Luke Narraway (King's Worcester), hooker Daniel James (RGS Worcester), centre Tony Dillon (Shrewsbury School), scrum-half Nick Major (Kings, Worcester), lock Oliver Partridge (Hereford Cathedral School), flanker Elliott Rowe (Ellesmere College), tighthead prop (Thomas Dempsey (Old Swinford Hospital School) and flanker James Tideswell (Old Swinford Hospital School).
After the trial the selectors will name a squad to play London division at Loughborough on January 5.
