PEOPLE in the St John's area of the city are being reminded to return surveys which have given them the chance to have their say in developing a park for the future.
Two thousand questionnaires were sent out to residents to gather their views about Cripplegate Park and what should be done to improve it.
The city council hopes to enter the park into the prestigious Green Flag awards run by The Civic Trust, English Nature and the Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management.
As part of the criteria for the awards the council must consult residents on what they would like to see done to the park.
So far, 400 surveys have been returned, and the closing date is Friday, December 14.
"Finding out what residents want from Cripplegate Park will help us to develop it to meet their needs," said Chris Waterfall parks development officer at Worcester City Council.
"We urge all those who have received a questionnaire but have yet to fill it in to complete it and return it to us by the deadline - there is still time."
