Kings Norton 26 Dunlop 19
Kings started with a strong line up and racked up seven points within the opening seconds as full back John Holland caught a Dunlop clearance.
He ran it back, produced a peach of a dummy before a three man move was finished by Martin Auster, Pete May converting.
But the visitors kept the ball in the forwards and tried to dominate play with rolling mauls with Norton penalised for a succession penalties which allowed Dunlop to equalise.
Kings went back up the other end and Auster scored again with May again converting.
Dunlop weren't finished as the first half battle continued and pulled it back to 14-12 with another try before the interval.
After the break Norton started to edge in front but as the lead was short lived after stand-in captain John Hefford finshed a set piece move that left everyone standing as he ran under the posts and May converted.
Back again came Dunlop with another try.
Stung into action, the hosts finished off the contest with player-coach Rory McLean going over to crown a three man move started from a penalty.
