WYRE Forest youngsters have until tomorrow to apply for cash to help them achieve their sporting ambitions.
The Ray Mercer Sporting Foundation, run by the Shuttle/Times and News, will be distributing up to £2,000 in grants in January.
Applications from sportsmen and women under 21 and living within the newspaper's readership area must include a summary of achievements, costs and ambitions, and written support from a coach or club official.
The foundation has distributed nearly £15,000 in grants ranging from £50 to £400 to more than 60 youngsters in the last six years.
Applications should be sent to Clive Joyce, editor, Shuttle/Times and News, Blackwell Street, Kidderminster.
