OFFERS of support for Cleobury Mortimer's market hall which is in the process of being refurbished are pouring in.
Community chiefs have drawn up a "wedding present list" of fittings and equipment needed, down to a kettle, which has already drawn many pledges of support from residents.
Renovation work has begun on the listed 19th century building which is due to open its doors again in a few months.
Under the £250,000 revamp scheme, the hall will incorporate the parish council chamber, a parish office for the use of voluntary organisations and a room for use by playgroups and the Sunday school as well as small social events.
The hall will also include two offices for small businesses and a town museum incorporating a town crier museum.
