Entries for the Bomar Cup were: "The Wirral Show" by Ken Caldicot, Timaya Faya National Park in Lanzarotti which Robert Irwin had visited, "Exhibition" -the artistic talents of Vic Vernon's son, Roy Rowles' record of Bewdley Sunday Market, Ray Crutch's memories of a flight over Mount Cook in New Zealand, and Jim McIntyre recalled his trip to Austria. The flight over Mount Cook was judged the winner by audience appeal.
Entries for the Steven Parker Shield for first-time award, included A Hunting We Will Go by Roy, John Ruffell showed a trip on the Mull railway, and Philip George had visited Barnsdale Gardens.
The audience chose the Mull railway as the winner.
David Saunders made a return visit to the club, with videos he had taken of butterflies in Brittany, animals in the Everglades and a video of the scenery and wild flowers in the Pecos area of northern Spain.
