ELEVEN members met at Lemington Lakes, Moreton-in-Marsh last Sunday where they fished a Fur and Feather match.
The fishing was extremely slow due to the cold weather. However, Barry Castle battled through to win with a hard fought weight of 2.1.0.
Second was Wayne Panting with 0.7.8 and the third place spot was tied between Rob Lake and Roy Thomson with 0.3.8.
The club would once again like to thank Bill and Ann for their kind hospitality.
Members are reminded that the next match will be the first round of the Angling Times Supercup.

THERE'S been a slowing down of sport but some big fish are still showing.
Lots of small carp and skimmer bream have been caught on worm maggot on the Top Pool together with double figure carps from peg one.
Three carp between eight and 12lbs were taken from peg 23 on the Bottom Pool, while Island pegs on House One are producing larger carp.
However, carp are failing to show on the Canal now the cold weather has arrived but there is still plenty of perch, roach and bream showing on pegs closest to the bridges.
