THE 2001 Christmas events are in full swing. If you haven't ventured up into your loft lately, or looked in the very back of your kitchen cupboards, you are certainly requested to do so now! If indeed you had a clear out in time for the Mathon advent fair and the Cradley market, then many thanks for your welcome contributions.
These helped to make the seasonal events very successful as well as providing good entertainment for young and old alike.
Last Tuesday, December 11, the Mothers' Union of Cradley, Mathon & Storridge entertained members and friends providing mince pies and coffee, an enjoyable meeting.
The Christmas raffle draw with the usual splendid array of prizes, both cash and goodies, will take place after the carol service at St James, Cradley on Sunday at 6.30pm. The winners will be announced later in the newsletter.
