JON Ford takes charge of Bromsgrove Rovers for the first time tomorrow when they play their replayed FA Vase third round tie at Tow Law Town (3pm).
Assistant boss Ford has taken over the reins following the surprise departure of Steve Daniels in midweek.
He now has the task of steering Rovers into the last 32, although they face a stiff task at Tow Law, who were leading 1-0 when last week's tie was abandoned because of fog after 76 minutes.
Liam O'Neill is set to deputise for the injured Micky Moore up front for Rovers, but otherwise the squad should be unchanged.
Rovers are confident they can finish the job and earn another away tie at Ash United in the next round on January 19.
Secretary Phil Baker said: "There is no reason why we shouldn't get a result. They were quite a hard-working team but the players we have are more skilful.
"If we get our game together, pass the ball around and play together as a team we can win."
If tomorrow's tie is drawn, the replay will be at the Victoria Ground next Saturday.
Rovers have re-arranged a Midland Alliance home clash with Quorn for this Wednesday (7.45).
