WORCESTER Sixth Form College claimed a sporting hat-trick with treble glory.
The college's boys hockey team clinched the Sixth Form and Tertiary Colleges Men's Hockey Cup for England and Wales.
They defeated Colchester College 9 - 3 in the semi-finals before an excellent team display saw Worcester run out 14-0 winners of the national final against Stockton Sixth Form College.
The boys also recently won the West Midlands title for British Sport in Colleges and will now represent the region at the national finals to be held in Swansea in April.
The girls team have also been among the trophies after taking the West Midlands regional hockey title. Worcester bagged victories over Nuneaton college and Newcastle-under-Lyme College on the way to the success.
The double was soon followed up by a footballing triumph as the college lads took the Worcestershire U19 Colleges Cup for the fifth year in succession.
With the influx of football academies in the county this year's championship was run on a league basis.
Worcester recorded wins against Pershore College Academy (2-0); Evesham College Academy (4-0); Worcester Technical College (5-1) and drew with Kidderminster College Academy (2-2). They won the league on goal difference from Kidderminster.
Worcester now go on to represent Worcestershire in the national rounds and are drawn away to the winners of the West Midlands.
