FORMER United keeper Dave Adey is set to return from his self-imposed exile at neighbours Studley BKL.
Bees boss Mark Chambers, who approached Adey earlier in the season, has asked the former Solihull shot-stopper to help out after losing four keepers for the Midland Alliance visit of Bridgnorth tonight (ko 7.30pm).
Adey left the Valley after being dropped by Rob Smith last season and declined an offer from the two managers since, Nicky Cross and Rod Brown, to return to the fold.
Ironically, Adey has been drafted in because another former Reds keeper, Matt Jones, is unavailable.
Solihull defender Lee Saunders could end a two month injury absence in tonight's Worcestershire Senior Cup replay at The Valley.
The stopper has had an injection for his long-term heel injury.
Top scorer Paul danks is suspended for United, with Michael Campbell ready to deputise.
