HOW to spend a bumper bundle of money on the town over the next three years will be decided by Redditch Council in February, writes Becky Procter.
This resolve follows the completion of the council's shake-up Focus on the Future, which saw the council become debt-free in return for £60 million from the Government for the town's regeneration.
