THE trials and tribulations of delivering presents to every child in the land are brought to life in a Spa children's play about Father Christmas.
Pupils from Tibberton First School, in Plough Road, presented Santa's Setbacks to proud families last week.
The school's 53 students each had a role in the lively production, packed with humour, singing and dancing.
The story is about a series of disasters which Saint Nicholas encounters on Christmas Eve, shortly before he is due to fly around the globe.
Fortunately, Mrs Santa and the elves are on hand to help.
Headteacher Heather Gratland said: "The children have had a wonderful time and I've been delighted to see so much confidence on the stage."
