BADSEY United maintained their quest for honours in the Stratford Alliance with a 5-0 drubbing of struggling Bidford.
The match involving Journal Premier Division leaders Campden Town was postponed and United and Bretforton Old Boys both made up ground.
Badsey moved into top spot after Glen Jervis (2), Kevin Westwood, Steve Trotman and Chris Parne all found the net.
Bretforton also had four names on the scoresheet in a 4-2 home defeat of Shipston. Daryl Mitchell, Dale Bolton, Shane Edwards and Ian Maycock the quartet of marksmen. Dan Hill and Dave Faulkner hit back for Excelsior.
The other match in the top flight saw Badsey Rangers win 2-1 at Henley Forest, thanks to a Stuart Sollis strike and an own goal.
FISSC Reserves recorded a second successive win in Herald Division One. Will Thomas (2), Steve Perks and Paul Gibson were the men on target to nullify Jeremy Brotherton's brace.
Redditch Boro, though, crashed to a second successive defeat as Needlemakers Lions coast towards the championship. Ade Smith (2) and Steve Houghton hit the net for the runaway leaders.
Claverdon and Spartak Park were the section's other winners both enjoying trip on the road to Tysoe and Stratford Spartak respectively.
James Bunn scored for the second successive Saturday to help Quinton collect a precious point at home to Badsey United Reserves for whom Rob Smith replied.
It was two more points frittered away for the visitors, a result not helped by the emphatic win registered by Cutler Division Two leaders Alcester Lions at the expense of Henley Forest.
Steve Dipple scored four times and Keith Beasley twice as the Lions made sure their visitors' success seven days earlier wasn't repeated.
Ilmington were in happy mood and rightly so after Harry Jolly's strike earned them a single goal victory over Campden Town's second string!
