Wayne Boden, boss of the Malvern Water factory in Colwall, is moving on.
Mr Boden, who has spent four years as general manager at the The Springs, is the new safety and environment manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises in the UK.
He will work from his home in Upton and travel to Coca Cola sites from East Kilbride to Sidcup.
"I've had a fantastic four years," he said. "It's a great site, with a great team and great product.
"The highlight would be last year, the best the factory has had in terms of output. It was the 150th celebrations of Schweppes Malvern with Princess Anne's visit."
Mr Boden's replacement at The Springs is Nick Turvey, who took over on Monday.
