A ROLLICKING evening of punk and pop is promised at the Marr's Bar, Worcester, tonight (Friday).
The B-Movie Heroes will be blasting out "power pop punk" reminiscent of The Clash and The Buzzcocks, alongside punk rockers Four Foot Fingers. They will be backed up by Danny Frye and the Devil Dolls, who hail from Cleveland, Ohio, and blend 50s rockabilly with doo-wop. Entry is £3 (£4 on the door).
Tomorrow sees King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys with their mix of swing, jazz and rhythm and blues. Tickets are £12.50, or £15 on the door.
Dave Onions will be playing mandolin, harmonica, banjo, kora, and keyboards in his own percussive, rhythmic style when he appears on Sunday. Entry is £4, with free chilli token before 9pm.
