HAS Worcestershire County Council got the faintest idea what it's doing?
The council sends out pamphlets extolling the laudable virtues of recycling, while Jeff RomanIs and Councillor Jeremy Webb say there is no alternative to incineration.
The council tells us they will defend the planning committee's 11-2 decision against the incinerator, yet now they are talking about buying the site to put it on.
Given that the county council is playing poacher and gamekeeper, am I really supposed to believe that they won't just roll over and die at the public inquiry?
