WORCESTERSHIRE County Cou-ncil is planning to put an abstract sculpture in the grounds of the Elgar Birthplace Museum.
The council has applied for planning permission to erect the work at the Lower Broadheath centre.
The sculpture, which will be behind the main building, is described as an aluminium rectangle, 1.8 metres high, a metre wide and 30mm thick.
It will have a person-shaped cut-out and the surface will be engraved with images "from many sources".
The application will be decided by Malvern Hills District Council.
