JUNIORS B, with their convincing Malvern Table Tennis League Division Three win over Maulers, have moved into second place above Crackpots B, who have a game in hand.
Matthew Lang and Anthony Wiseman both won all their singles and Anthony teamed up with Tom James to win the doubles. Ray Davis was the best player for Maulers, winning one set and taking the other two to four and five games.
Express Juniors played hard and both Ben and Josh Salisbury won a game against Rob Redden. Ben and Geoff Burford also took a game in the doubles.
Crackpots C were all playing well on the night they played host to Abbeydowne. Although four sets went to a fourth game and one to five they just could not get a point but 21 of the 36 games were only won by two or three points.
RESULTS: Malvern Juniors B 9, Manor Park Maulers 1; CSSC Rovers 10, Manor Park Express Juniors 0; Crackpots C 10, Abbeydowne 0.
