DEAR EDITOR - May I remind the people of Bromsgrove that we do have a proper band in the area.
I am the conductor of Blackwell Wind Band and although we are small in membership (some 12 to 15 players) we are very active in and around Bromsgrove with eight concerts having been completed this year alone.
We would welcome a bandstand in Bromsgrove so that local people can appreciate the musical talent available around the area.
