A CHANGE of tactics is on the cards for a Headless Cross mother and daughter tennis team.
Pauline and Katherine Fisher were agonisingly close to a holiday at La Manga, Spain but were beaten in the Britannic Asset Management Family Tennis Challenge final.
The Barnt Green Tennis Club stars fought their way through to the national final at Queens Club, London where they lost a three set thriller to Surrey's Barbara and Danielle Snapes.
After going 5-2 and 30 love up in the last set, the Fishers went down 7-6.
Mum Pauline let Katherine play on her favoured right hand side of the court but the game plan will be different in next year's competition.
