A WOODROW man has been sentenced after pleading guilty at Redditch Magistrates Court to claiming benefits while working.
Craig Fitz-Harris, aged 29, of Bushley Close, was given a 12-month Community Rehabilitation Order, 80-hour Community Punishment Order for claiming housing and council tax benefits, income support and incapacity benefit from November 2000.
He was also ordered to pay £332.84 compensation and costs of £300.
The case was brought by Redditch Council's Benefit Fraud Investigation Team last week.
