AT the first meeting of November, members enjoyed a fascinating talk on the Cadbury family and Bournville by Ken Hughes.
Then on November 4, fifteen members set off from Aston Cantlow to follow an interesting walk through Shakespeare country.
The walk on November 18 started at Hockley Heath through lovely countryside towards Umberslade and Lapworth, returning via the canal towpath.
On November 22, members enjoyed an informative talk, with slides, by Rod Cousins on Birmingham and Black Country canals.
The last walk of the month was in the form of a figure of eight, designed to enable members to do either a shorter or longer walk.
Starting from Bidford, 12 members walked through Barton and Bickmarsh, finishing the first section at Marlcliff.
The second section went through Cleeve Prior following the ridge back to Bidford.
