A WOMAN was injured when a teenager snatched her handbag in Kidderminster.
She was pulled to the ground as she tried to keep hold of the bag during the incident in Perrett Walk on New Year's Day.
The woman was walking home on her own at 4.10pm when the offender ran up to her and grabbed the bag. She suffered cuts to her wrist during the struggle.
The boy escaped with the bag containing £30 and £15 gift vouchers. He is described as being 14 years old, of slim build, and 5ft 2ins tall. He was wearing a short, white jacket and had short, dark hair.
