MY sister lives in the beautiful village of Evenlode. I live on an estate, a bit rough in places.
But the council have put some lovely new windows in for us. We can see people passing by and see the children playing. Nice when you are a pensioner. My sister who lives in Evenlode, has windows overlooking the green, but if she wants to see out she has to stand up. The bungalows are not that old, so why couldn't they have designed the windows so old people could look out while sitting down. If she had windows like mine, she also could watch children playing.
