A DRIVER whose Range Rover left the road at 1am on December 23 was almost three times over the alcohol limit, Kidderminster magistrates were told.
Vehicle engineer Nigel Bull, 45, of Button Bridge, Kinlet, was banned for three years for a second offence in 10 years and fined £300, with £55 costs. He admitted driving near his home with a breath alcohol reading of 96, against the limit of 35.
